Safety rules for the TUBBY

All users must respect the following safety rules.

The Orange-Montisel amusement park cannot be held responsible if these rules are not respected.

The user is morally and financially responsible for any consequence arising from the non-respect of these rules.

If clothes are damaged, the Orange-Montisel amusement park cannot be held responsible.

General rules:

For safety reasons, access and participation to the tubby is forbidden to children under the age of 2, pregnant women, people with heart or back problems.

The tubby requires that you should be in good health.

Children from the age of 2 and under 5 must be accompanied by a person over 1m40, using a two-seated rubber ring.

Do not run in the game area.

Food and drinks are forbidden as well as any other dangerous objects.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed inside the area.

The users must respect the age limit and the maximum number of people authorized in the rubber rings.

You mustn’t swing in the rubber ring and touch the track during the descent.

The access to the tubby may be forbidden if the rules are not respected.

Rules for the ascent:

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Closed shoes are necessary.

It is forbidden to run on the treadmill as well as sitting or lying down on it.

The exit of the treadmill must be quickly cleared.

In case of an emergency, press on the “STOP” buttons (only if necessary) or use the emergency exits at your disposal.

Rules for the descent:

Before getting onto the run, the users must make sure that it is clear and that no one is at the end of the run.

You must sit inside the rubber ring, with your buttocks at the bottom of the ring and your legs out. The rope has to be placed inside the ring before going down the slope. For more security, the handles on the ring can be used.

It is forbidden for two adults to be in a double ring. Only one person is allowed in a single rubber ring.

During the descent, hats and caps must be taken off and placed in the ring.

It is forbidden to film and take pictures during the descent in the tubby.

Specific rules for the small run:

Children of 4 years old are allowed to go down the small run but must be accompanied until the start of the descent.
