Safety rules for the MINI-KARTS

All users must respect the following safety rules.

The Orange-Montisel amusement park cannot be held responsible if these rules are not respected.

The user is morally and financially responsible for any consequence arising from the non-respect of these rules.

If clothes are damaged, the Orange-Montisel amusement park cannot be held responsible.

Safety rules:

For safety reasons, access and participation to the mini-karts is forbidden to children under the age of 2, pregnant women, people with heart or back problems.

The mini-karts require that you should be in good health.

Children above the age of 2 and under 5 must be accompanied by a person at least 7 years old, using the two seated electric mini-kart.

Only one person is allowed in the single mini-kart, and two people are allowed in the double kart.

The mini-karts use tokens. Only the tokens bought at the till can be used in the mini-karts.

Do not stay on the track when the mini-karts are in use.

It is forbidden to run and jump in the mini-kart area and to climb on the wooden curb.

The access to the mini-karts may be forbidden if the rules are not respected.
